Life Coach 3 is responsible for the completing and updating of individual assessments in coordination with Life Coach 10.  Develop and implement consumer goals, curricula, and lesson plans based on person-centered plan.  Provide instruction/training to consumers to develop individual independence in a positive learning environment.  Maintain the health, welfare and safety of consumers.  Advocate on behalf of participants. 

High school diploma required. Demonstrated competencies in active listening, basic teaching, task analysis, behavior management skills, person-centered planning, and advocacy.
