House Manager (Hamden)

Responsibilities: Provide supervision over the staff working within the residential site; assure implementation of Individual Program Plans; supervise administration of medication; supervise implementation of Human Growth Development & Awareness and Behavior Management Training; training of staff in performance of job duties; preparation of reports and appropriate log notes, and other reporting mechanisms; assure maintenance of residence.

Qualifications: High School Diploma and three years experience in service delivery to people with developmental disabilities, or Bachelor’s Degree in human services. Valid New York State Driver’s License is required, with an acceptable driving record.
